Shows user intent distribution. Metrics:

Action:
  • Analyze Now triggers topic analysis manually.

3. Sentiment analysis (/:siteId/statistics/sentiment)

Shows tone distribution:
  • Positive/neutral/negative session counts
  • Average sentiment score
  • Analyzed vs unanalyzed sessions

4. Feedback analysis (/:siteId/statistics/feedback)

Quality-focused metrics:
  • Rated responses
  • Helpful rate
  • Good/Bad counts
  • Feedback rate
  • Confidence bucket distribution
Critical table:
  • recent_bad_examples for low-quality response samples

Operational table columns:
